I suppose in the interest of free speech he had to come back. But luckily I have choices of who to watch and/or listen to and he would never be one of them.
I'm not a fan of this guy, nor have I ever heard him on his show. However, here he is, hung out to dry for making a horrible racial statement. It became a "racial" statement because he is not of the same race that he so blasted.
Let's start with Katt Williams use of the "n" word in every statement he makes. He calls African Am. women, "ho's and angry bitches." George Lopez uses the words, "beaner, wetbacks, etc to make everyone laugh. He entertains people by saying that Mexicans drink and party all day long. Jeff Foxworthy uses the terms, "trailor trash," to describe his race.
But let one of these people say something about ANOTHER race.....
There's a little American game called, "I can say things about my race, but DON'T U DARE say things about my race!"
All this crap is never going to end. The oppression that all races feel are brought on by their "very own!" I cringe when I hear the KKK calling my race, "welfare beaners or spics." However, why is it that I can laugh along with George Lopez when he uses the same phrases?
I tend to agree. He is an asset to the book world and I think he was made into a bit of a scapegoat given what others say and get away with.

I was at the gym when I caught this on the news. Yikes.
Sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me. That is why we have freedom of speech in this country and not freedom to go around whipping up on folks! I love to turn off the radio or tv or change channels when someone offends me. Political correctness is just like drugs -- once we make them legal, nobody can make money off them. Right now all the so-called comedians are making a fortune with their shock value.

I am glad he has his job back because if they let Rush Limbagh have air time, this guy sure as shit needs some too...
